EB Properties Inc. was founded in 2001 by Eric Burgos, currently the company's president. He had a dream to set out to build an office with a strong commitment to help families and/or individuals to realize the American dream. EB Properties Inc. has grown to over twenty realtors, a full training center, a pre-license school, a Mortgage Loan Division (EB Mortgage Corp.), and an office branch in the City of Palmdale, California. Thousands of transactions and many satisfied clients have proven that EB Properties Inc., and EB Mortgage Corp. are fulfilling the American Dream.
